In Europe the Sekel (Scythian) nation together with Hungarians fight for their remaining in one country through the great deals of the history for more thousands of years, but they had different historical past. Hungary - with its territory 325 411km² until the ends of the first world war - was determinative state of Europe. At present the territory of Hungary there is 92 963km². Members of the Sekel nation together with Hungarians also contributed to the universal values of the culture and science. The fact of the Scythian past - understanding synthesis of ethics of the ancient Scythian past - for more thousands of years there was encased in the legal system of Hungarian nation.

Werbőczy István: Law-book of the three: 4. III. part 1514. year, Title: About the Transylvania’s Scythians we name them Sekels. That’s why the Sekels have Eurapean ancient history. The Sekels - as the apostle of the world-uniteing’s power of the culture - said the calling’s words for brothers to themselves in the world of ideas over the political systems in lots of the languages, they were the people of outstanding scientists on the high of the science. Among the Sekels there were the ancestors as: Körösi Csoma Sándor, Szentkatolna’s Bálint Gábor, László Gyula. They are those, by whom there are kept working the high bridge which can use by persons and peoples having intellectual powers and values. They fought - as knight of the civil diplomacy and science - for that there all at once the peoples having Scythian past and live in the different countries of Eurasia could sit down to table of the science.

This is helped by the Szentkatolna’s Bálint Gábor Eurasian Research Institute lawly registered in Vál settlement of Hungary.

Denominator of the Research Institute:

Dr. Szentkatolna’s Bálint Gábor (13. March 1844. Szentkatolna - 26. May 1913. Temesvár.) were the scientist spoken more than 30 languages: English, French, Germany, Italian, Spanish, Latin, Greek, Russian, Turkish, Finnish, Mongolian, (Northern and South Mongolian), Tungus, Manchurian, Kabardian, Kalmükish, Halha, Buryat-Mongolian, Khalkha, Kazarian-Tartar, Utigur, Adighe, Tibetian, Hindish, Dravida, Tamil, Sanskrit, Bengalish, Japanese, Malayish, Arabian, Persian, Esperanto.

By the Sekel scientist of languages the Hungarian language there is in the relationship of the Altayic languages - Turkish, Mongolian and so on-. Lots of the Altayic languages by him there were maden to know the Western Europe, Most of his comparative linguistics’ dissertations, pappers are also basic works at presents.

Talking about Eurasia, he taught in the universities for twelve years. In 1871. he was asked by the Hungarian Academy to go in Asia and study the Mongolian and Manchurian languages, where he made comparative scientific investigations of the Kazanian Tartar and Turkish languages, he edited the Russian Kalmükish Dictionary, he reworked the Kalmükish spellingbook. There are very important his collections of Kalmükish ethnography and folk music, by him there was examined the Kalmükish folk language firstly in the world. Between the 1871-1874. in Szentpetervar / Sanktpeterburg of Russia he prepared oneself for his Mongolian tour by learning of Mongolian, Tunguzian and Manchurian languages. By him there was maden the comparative examination of the Eastern Mongolian folk language and the Manchurian language then compared with the Hungarian language. By him there was worked up the Northern-Buryat-Mongolian dialect and compared with the languages: Khalkha, Chakhar and Kalmükish.
  • Between the 1875-1877. he worked as the private teacher of the Budapest’s University (At present: ELTE - Eötvös Loránd Tudomány Egyetem -). He took part in the Roman (1898) and Hamburg’s (1902) International Orientalistic Congress’.
  • Between the 1877-1878. he took part in the Indian expedition of count Széchenyi Béla and he had learned the Dravida (Tamil) language in Bangalor of India. At that time he learned also the Japanese language, later he taught the Japanese language in the professorship - it was based by him - of the Kolozsvár’s University. Dr. Bálint Gábor there was the director of the Uralic- Altayic professorship in the Kolozsvár’s University from 1893. for 19 years.
  • Between the 1879-1892. in different provinces of the Osmanlı Empire he made good use of his exceptional knowledge of languages, than he taught in the universities of the South-Europe. by him there was traveled over the Near East and the Southern part of Europe, and by him there were learned newly languages. In the years of 1890. he taught Arabian language in the Athen’s University.
  • In the years 1893-1912 . he was the University’s teacher in the Uralic-Altayic professorship of the Kolozsvár’s University.
  • In 1895. he was in the Caucasus as part of the Zichy-expedition.
  • In 1994. for 150. anniversary of his birth in Szentkatolna and Kolozsvár there were kept the scientifical meetings, where went some of the Hungarian scientists: from Szeged Berta Árpád, from Budapest Senga Toru Japonese professor, from Budaörs primor Szentkatolna’s Bakk István from the Bakk family, Bakk István is relative of Bálint Gábor. By them there was also appreciated the work of Dr. Bálint Gábor.
In Budapest the Institute of Hungary’s Research / Magyarságkutató Intézet works. To this can join the Szentkatolna’s Bálint Gábor Eurasian Research Institute - extending the science and teaching / education between the nations by its researchs-. Together: the Szentkatolna’s Bálint Gábor Eurasian Research Institute and the Bakk Studies (ISSN 3094-4473) scientific journal in English and Hungarian languages can be intercontinental mental bridge between the Budapest - Ankara - Baku - Ashabad - Taskent - Astana - New-Delhi - Tokyo - Söul - Moscow and so on. The Scythian peoples there are traditionally Turanian peoples as Ungri-Scithians, Slavo-Scythians, Indo-Scythians, Turko-Scythians, Shino-Scythians together with the peoples having also Scythian roots - living in the furtherer territories of Eurasia - as Mongolian, Tartar, Manchu-Tunguz, Korean peoples and so on. So there can be helped the culture, history and communication of the Eurasian peoples by the teaching / education and the science.
There is the other research’s territory of Szentkatolna’s Bálint Gábor Research Institute which has the other way of the works: the climatic changing, moderation of the deserts, taking into consideration the natural endowments of the region’s and nature’s shelters realization of the public park system having arboretum effect as ÖKO park.
Starting of the project of Szaentkatola’s Bálint Gábor Eurasian Research Institute there was taken the initiative by Bakk Foundation - for the saving of the historical, cultural values of Eurasia according to included in its foundation’s document - on the 19. of December in 2025.
